I believe in importance of a therapist and client being a good "fit." For this reason, I offer a 15-minute free, over-the-phone consultation to prospective clients.  This initial conversation allows me to understand what is going on in your life, and answer any questions you have about me and the therapy process.  If we are a fit, I will schedule our first session.  If not, I will provide you with a list of other resources in the area.  I want you to have the best, appropriate support and experience in your therapeutic journey.

• Fees: $150 per therapy session

• Sessions typically run 45 minutes

• Cash, checks or Venmo payments accepted at time of each session.

• 24-hour advance notice is required to avoid incurring the full cost for a missed session.
